Q: Can I return my in store purchase?

A: Items purchased in our Philly store may be returned for store credit only up to seven days after purchase if tags are still attached and the receipt is presented. No cash returns. This includes Instagram sales through the store and PayPal.

Q: Can I return my ETSY or depop purchase?

Q: I saw an item you posted on instagram, can I purchase it over the phone or put it on hold?

A: All sales are final for ETSY and depop items. Please purchase seriously.

A: Instagram store sales can be purchased over the phone or in-store. At this time the store location does not allow holds.

Q: I'm working on a movie or theater production, can I buy items for my actors and return them later?

A: If you would like help finding wardrobe, call ahead to give us details about what you are looking for and your actors' measurements. We cannot rent out merchandise temporarily, but we can work with you to find pieces that will be the best for your production.

Q: Do you wash your clothes?

A: All items go through Goodwill processing, but we do not wash them in our store. We recommend washing any clothes you purchase, whether it is from us or brand new!

Q: Can I do consignment or donate to your store?

A: We are a nonprofit owned by Goodwill and do not accept consignments. If you would like to donate, please check out our company Goodwill Store Locator for available locations.
